Mo, Owner of The Willows Counseling & EMDR Center and has counseled clients in Rock County for over __________ years.
Her professional interests include the study and treatment of Trauma, Dissociative Disorders, Addictions and other causes and conditions of human suffering. She has a passion for working with individuals who struggle with guilt, shame, Anxiety, Depression, Substance Abuse, Dissociative Disorders including Dissociative Identity Disorder and other mental health concerns. She believes in promoting comprehensive healing through the mind, body and spirit.
Mo is trained in the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), Brain Spotting, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other holistic interventions.
Mo also has extensive experience in supporting the LGBTQ community, women and survivors of sexual trauma. Mo specializes in sexual abuse, childhood trauma, substance abuse and addiction.
In addition to the certifications below, Mo completed
Psychological First Aid (PFA) at the National Child Traumatic Stress Network, and she studied historical trauma and addictions in Scotland.
EDUCATION

Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, with an emphasis in the treatment of trauma.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services from Judson University in Elgin, Illinois, where she was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society.
